Your use of any third-party tools is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
All content, graphics, software code, templates, and documentation developed by Hansen360 or shared via our website are protected by intellectual property laws.
Clients retain ownership of their proprietary materials. Hansen360 retains ownership of frameworks, templates, code, or workflows created independently or under license.
You may not reuse, distribute, or replicate Hansen360 materials without written consent.
All services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Hansen360 makes no guarantees about:
- System performance or uptime of third-party tools
- Regulatory compliance unless expressly contracted
- Client-specific outcomes or ROI without defined deliverables
We disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent allowed under law, Hansen360 shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of data, business interruption, or opportunity costs
Total liability is limited to the fees paid to Hansen360 in the past 12 months for the specific service in question.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Duval County, Florida.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted to this page with the new effective date. Continued use of our website or services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
